Le jour de la sortie : se présenter 30 minutes avant le départ. Activités au départ Cannes: Port du Béal 06150 Cannes La Bocca // Activités au départ de Nice, Quai des deux EMMANUELS, port Lympia 06300 Nice.

À prévoir : maillot de bain, serviette, protection solaire et gilet ou coupe vent.

Attention:

-Les bateaux partent à l’heure convenue sur le tickets, si vous ratez l’embarquement, les tickets sont ni échangeables ni remboursables.

-En cas d’annulation de notre part votre billet ne vous garantit en aucun cas un report de date systématique, si aucune date n’est disponible vous serez intégralement remboursés.

Les horaires sont susceptibles d’être modifiés ou annulés en fonction des conditions météorologiques.

Les billets sont remboursés intégralement en cas d’annulation de notre part ou si annulation par le client au moins 48H avant le départ.Passé ce délai les billets ne seront plus remboursables.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE

The company Black Tenders Events reserves the right to cancel a ticket in case of insufficient passengers or adverse weather conditions. A rescheduling option will be offered based on availability but is not guaranteed. If no alternative date is available, the full ticket amount will be refunded.

Schedules may sometimes be adjusted during the day due to sea conditions. If weather conditions are expected to deteriorate throughout the day, Black Tenders Events may decide to partially or fully arrange return transportation by land (e.g., bus), with no refund requests accepted.

All nautical and land-based activities undertaken from our vessels are the sole responsibility of the passengers participating. Providing nautical equipment does not imply any liability on the part of Black Tenders Events.

The company is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings aboard the vessel.

Pregnant women and individuals with disabilities or health conditions (such as back problems) must inform us at the time of booking.

The ticket price includes the Barnier tax allocated to protected areas.

  • If we cancel the excursion, the full amount paid will be refunded.
  • If the customer cancels less than 48 hours before departure, the full ticket price remains due.
